Users who wish to delete their personal data associated with Aadhini eMessenger may submit a request by contacting us through email.

To request deletion, please send an email with the following information:

• Full name
• Phone number used in messaging communication
• Description of the deletion request

Once we receive a valid data deletion request:

• We will verify the identity of the requester.
• We will locate the associated data in our systems.
• The requested data will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7–30 business days.

Upon request, we may delete:

• Customer contact information
• Messaging records stored within our platform
• Customer profile data associated with messaging activities

Certain information may be retained if required for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security or auditing purposes

Any retained information will be stored securely and only for the minimum required duration.

Aadhini eMessenger may use third-party messaging services such as WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

Data processed by these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies and data management practices. Users may also contact those services directly for additional data management requests.

Once the deletion request has been processed, the user will receive a confirmation email indicating that their data has been removed from our systems.
